The newest WurkNow product updates come with new enhancements and functionality. Current and future clients may not be aware of some of the recent but advantageous features they could be utilizing. Here are the highlights and recent enhancements that were released in our platform last July:

1. COVID-19 Report: Contact Tracing
Before our COVID-19 report feature was released, agencies were relying on manually tracing employees who could have possibly come into contact with a fellow worker who has tested positive for COVID-19. This process is honestly time-consuming. Now, users are able to generate a secure and confidential report for contact tracing in just a matter of minutes.
2. Comment Icon
Our mission is to make tasks easier to do for our users, which is why the comment icon is an important enhancement from our latest release. Users are now able to add comments to an employee’s time card, regardless if they’re working for different clients.
4. Shift Planning Logs
Transparency is in the center of the newly implemented shift log enhancements. WurkNow’s proprietary technology keeps a permanent record of all changes made by users on the Shift Planning page.
5. Compliance Meal Alerts
Receiving real-time notifications are important to staying compliant to meal and rest break laws. After July’s release, users are now able to receive real-time notifications that are converted to hours to show how much time has lapsed since an employee has not taken any action during a meal or rest break.

Keep your new employees engaged in just a few clicks! The new employee feedback feature is a quick push notification to workers asking for feedback after their first day on the job.

Communication is a two-way street and the same goes for workers and staffing agencies. To give agencies forewarning, they receive an automatic and urgent alert when a worker sends negative feedback via the mobile app’s Employee Feedback Notification. By having this vital information on their fingertips, agencies are able to address the worker’s concerns and avoid further negative experiences between the worker and client.
8. Calendar Grid View
Are you missing the workers that are already under your nose? Users tracking workers on the Assignments can now choose a calendar grid view option which shows where an employee is assigned for the week.
9. Start Time, Punch In Time, and Employee Contact information in Assignments Page
Are you worried that workers are not going to show up for an assignment? Ease your worries and leave it up to WurkNow! Our new feature offers a single view of a worker’s start time and punch-in time for easier monitoring.
