TLM Employee Audit Logs
Problem:
An employee’s assignment details have been changed without my knowledge. I want to investigate who made the changes and when did it happen.
Solution:
View our audit logs to see all of the different activity that has been tracked.
Where:
1. Log into TLM
2. Find the employee whom you wish to investigate
3. Find the ‘Log’ under the Employee Profile tab
4. Find the ‘Log’ under the Client Assignment tab
5. Find the ‘Timecard Audit Log’ in Timecard Management
How to Video
TLM Retro Pay
Problem:
I need to pay an employee additional hours that were missing from a previous pay period.
Solution:
Add a retro payment to the particular employee’s timecard and process the missing hours with your next payroll run.
Where:
1. Go to System Setup >> Agency Preferences >> Enable Retro Functionality
2. Find the employee and their previous timecard that needs retro hours
3. Click on ‘Retro’ button next to the ‘Lock’ icon
