Problem:
I create, filter, and run a specific report very often, but I get tired of constantly building the settings for the report.
Solution:
Create and save a report criteria for any and all reports in WurkNow.
Steps:
1. Log into any module
2. Click on Reports >> Run Reports
3. Select the report that you run often
4. Click the ‘+’ icon and begin building your specific filters and columns

Report Scheduler in TLM
Problem:
I have a recipient that consistently asks for a report every Monday morning, but sometimes I am out of office so they do not receive the report on time.
Solution:
Utilize WurkNow’s Report Scheduler to have the system automatically send out reports to your desired recipients.
Steps:
1. Log into TLM
2. Click on Reports >> Reports Scheduler
3. Click on ‘Add New’ and begin configuring your settings
4. Once satisfied, click ‘Save’ and your report will be sent automatically based on your criteria
