Irvine, California – July, 2019 WurkNow announced today that their very own CEO Sammy Singh has been nominated for Innovator of the Year in the Orange County Business Journal’s 2019 Innovator of the Year Awards. Singh was included among a competitive field of almost 80 nominees that will be honored at an awards luncheon at Hotel Irvine on September 25.

Now in its fifth year, the OCBJ’s Innovator of the Year awards recognize individuals and organizations based in Orange County, California, who are creating game-changing products and services and who demonstrate brilliance and leadership in innovation. Singh is being recognized for more than 20 years of leadership and staffing industry experience, wherein he has successfully built, scaled and sold two innovative software technology companies in the time and attendance and software outsourcing space. He is currently leveraging his expertise in time and labor management, HR, payroll and technology as the CEO and Co-founder of Wurk Now.
