A former United States Marine, Micheal practices business and intellectual property law in Corona, California. He helps business with general corporate matters and intellectual property management. He represents clients in transactions and dispute resolution.
Alexandra OrozcoEntrepreneur and Business Consultant
Alexandra brings 15 years experience in senior leadership roles building and leading startups in life sciences with a focus on strategic marketing and planning. She has spent 20 years as a professional in marketing development and implementation. Alexandra is the Associate Director for International Partnerships EPIC, at UCR as well as part of the teaching team for the UCR I-Corps program. She is also a partner in Earthlogic, a strategy, branding, and international business consultancy firm working with start-ups as well as small and medium size firms in North and Latin America in a variety of sectors including CleanTech, IT, Biomedical, BioTech, Nutraceuticals, and Education among others. Alexandra is a start-up mentor, a sustainability advocate and a partner in several life sciences start-ups. Prior to joining Earthlogic, Alexandra was a Partner and Vice President of Marketing for Ascenta, a leader in the nutraceuticals space in North America, which sold to a Schwabe Group company in 2015. Prior to this, Alexandra held senior marketing roles within the telecommunications, contact center, and hospitality industries. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, Alexandra is an MBA graduate from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada, and holds an International Business Administration degree from EAFIT University in Colombia.
Gloria HammersEntrepreneur and Staffing Professional
With a passion for the manufacturing industry, Gloria brings over 22 years of manufacturing, engineering, and staffing experience. During her career, she staffed manufacturers with designers, engineers, drafters, QA and administrative professionals. Gloria has built her reputation on dealing with smaller to midsize companies, and is adamant about delivering a high touch customer experience. As the founder of Proworks Staffing, she provides a hands-on, boutique style, and curated approach to staffing, with a concentration on skilled labor. Prior to Proworks, She was the founder of Technicare for over 10 years and worked at Source One Staffing for 8 years focused on light Industrial, warehousing, distribution and placing Class A drivers. She is a native to Southern California, and continues to help start up manufacturers assess their business needs and plan out their staffing demands.
Mandeep RupalAttorney at Law

The company specialized in direct-hire and temporary staffing services in the accounting and administrative areas. After selling the company, Gilberg continues to pursue his entrepreneurial passion as an Instructor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at UC Riverside, where he assists students, faculty and small business entrepreneurs in commercializing their technologies.. In addition to teaching and advising startups, he oversees his multi-location real estate business.

For over 20 years his focus has been on the Staffing and Recruiting industry with an emphasis on developing feature-rich Applicant Tracking Systems. As CEO of VCG and Bond US and COO of Peoplenet, he gained extensive knowledge of systems and best practices which have helped hundreds of staffing firms successfully adopt and implement solutions that improved their efficiencies and bottom lines. Steve and his wife have called Woodstock, GA home for many years, raising five sons and being involved in a number of community activities in the area.
